November's Happenings

Parent's Night Out

This Friday, the 8th, from 6-10 p.m. you can bring your children to the studio so you can get adult time or Christmas Shopping done for only $10. They will get pizza and drinks, play games, watch a movie, and of course dance. It's a great bonding time. Your student is allowed to bring one friend outside of the studio also. 

Swing Night

Swing night in Pensacola will be happening for us on the Friday the 15th. Bring $10 ($5 to get in, $5 to help pay driver for gas.) Meet at the studio at 7:30 p.m. and we will be back at 12 a.m. This is for students from ages of 12 and up unless their parent or guardian comes along. 

Closed 25th-29th for Thanksgiving!!!

Costume Fees are Due 

Costume fees are due with this month's tuition. Pre-ballet is $50 and Ballet I-V is $80. Remember, tuition is late after the 14th and will have a $15 late fee.

For some this is a very short notice and I apologize. I originally put in the August Newsletter it would be due in Oct.but decided to have it due with November tuition so that it isn't such a huge surprise. 

Pre-Ballet classes (Tuesday classes) are $50.

Ballet I-V are $80

Please get this too me as soon as possible. If I receive payments late, you will have to pay a shipping fee and cross your fingers that the costume gets here in time for the Spring Performance. Getting them here in time is why we have to order so early.

Swing Night

Swing Night will be on October 25th this month due to that Pensacola Swing is having a costume night. Saying that, be sure to wear your costume! We will leave at 7:30 p.m. and come back by 12 a.m. Bring your cameras!

Costume Fees

Costume fees are due with the next tuition. I apologize for the short heads up to our new students. I sent this information out at the beginning of the year. We have to order early in  case of back orders, delays, all that fun stuff so we get them in time of the spring performance. Thank you!

Costume Party

We always allow our students to dress up in a costume for the last class before halloween. Yes, they can all bring treats for each other. We will do this the last 10 min's of class.

Things Happening in September!

Parent's Night Out September 6th

Parents, do you have a hard time finding a good babysitter? Look no further! Every 1st Friday night we are holding a Parent's Night Out from 6-10 p.m. for only $20 a night. For ages 6-12 years. We will order pizza and provide drinks and a snack to go with it. Your children will play games, watch a movie, and of course....dance. Please sign up for this great night (for all of you) by the tuition box in the lobby. There has to be at least 5 children to be able to have a Parent's Night Out.

East Coast Swing Night September 13th

I would like to get our older girls together for a fun night of bonding and dancing outside of the studio. So, Pensacola Swing night will be Friday the 13th where we will meet at the studio at 7:20 p.m. and get back to the studio around 12 a.m. They will need to bring $10 and if they want drinks they sell them for $1 there. The $10 covers gas and entry fee. Parent's are welcome to join also, this is for all ages. Please sign up on the board in the studio. Frank Marston Hall Post 33, 1401 W. Tryouts for Nutcracker September 14th

We will be having another set of tryouts since a lot of people were out of town and concerned that they wouldn't be able to be in the Nutcracker. Auditions are $10, costume fees are $50. Times of tryouts are:

3-5 years- 10:30-11:00 a.m.
6-10 years 11:15-11:45 a.m.
11 years and up without pointe shoes 12-12:30 p.m.
11 years and up with pointe shoes 12:45-1:15 p.m.

This is an open audition to the public. Everyone is invited to tryout. Rehearsals will be on Saturdays. 

Open Auditions for the Nutcracker August 31st

Auditions for the Nutcracker are coming up! August 31st. 

3-5 years of age- 9:00-9:30 a.m.
6-10 years of age- 9:45-10:00 a.m.
11 and up without pointe shoes- 10:45-11:30 p.m.
11 and up with pointe shoes- 11:45 a.m.-12:30 p.m. 

There is a $10 audition fee. 
If your student makes it, there is a $50 costume fee. 

These are open auditions. Anyone can audition. We do need to fill acting spots too!

Classes Start This Week!

"Graceful"

Heather has opened a new dance wear store called "Graceful." It is located inside of our studio and will be open this week from 3-5 p.m. Monday-Thursday. We will be taking cash, check, and credit/debit cards. 

"Registration Forms"

Please come to the studio a little earlier of your class time if you have not registered yet and still need to. I will have a volunteer today and hopefully for the rest of the week to assist me. Also, please do not forget the $25 registration fee along with your August tuition.

Registration Day is Coming Up!

Saturday, July 27th 12:00 p.m.- 3:00 p.m.

Meet the Director, Ms. Andrea, and get to ask your questions or buy your dance clothes while you are there. 

Heather will have all the dance clothes, tights, and shoes that you need to buy at the studio during registration to make things a little bit easier for you.

There is a $25 registration fee and 1st month's tuition is also due day of registration. We will be accepting cash, check, and debit/credit cards.

We cannot wait to see ya'll there!
